Innovational Services

Innovational Services University delivers a high impact experience that equips graduates with a greater sense of self expression, confidence, power, and access to produce “next level” results in their career, leadership, and organization’s development. At the foundational level, our Turning Point Series unlocks barriers to producing results in the midst of conflict, change, or an environment where there is a predictable “way it is” or business as usual. The Entrepreneurial Series further equips graduates of the Turning Point Series who have primary accountability for growing a business or organization through a rigorous examination of the competencies, practices, and thinking necessary to cause growth. Mastery Programs are open to attendees who are committed to producing extraordinary results for themselves through an ongoing executive coaching program on a Turning Point or Entrepreneurial Series. Our unique Innovational Series unlocks human potential for Turning Point graduates open to critical and rigorous examination of personal and organizational thinking, relatedness, and how we exist in organizations and the world.
